Trudy Matwiy

Bio

Trudy Matwiy (NP) focuses on providing full-scope family medicine for patients of all ages and has specialized in hepatology with a subspecialty in portal hypertension management and viral hepatitis. Trudy has spent much of her clinical practice treating and caring for geriatric and palliative care patients. Starting her career in the Royal Canadian Naval Reserves, Trudy later pursued her Master of Nursing degree and transitioned to family medicine. Outside of the clinic, Trudy enjoys spending time with her family and watching her two boys participate in various sporting and community events.
